Each member of the mastermind signs an NDA.
Each month has a theme.
Each member will submit challenge areas around the theme.
The sessions are held via the Zoom teleconferencing platform. You will receive a password locked recording of the every mastermind session which will be available if for some reason you are unable to attend live.
Lakeshia will provide laser-focused coaching during every session and all can share what she has learned or experienced relative to same. Everyone will leave the sessions with action items.

How much time is involved?
Studies have shown that successful professionals invest 1-3 hours per day in their self-development. Estimate approximately 2-3 hours per week for self-reflection, masterminding and supporting each other. Just like any other investment in relationships and self/business growth, you get what you put in.
How long is the program?
The program is an immersive 6 Months and meets virtually as a group twice per month for 75-minutes. There are 12 group sessions. The timing of this program has been well thought out. We only want women to participate who are willing to commit to getting to know one another on a deep and profound level. That takes time. We want you to accomplish your goals. That takes time. We want you to have the space to think and rethink about changes you might make in your life and career. That takes time.
